5-Day Bwindi Forest and Queen Elizabeth wildlife safari, Reserve this 5-day, 4-night Uganda safari to observe gorillas in Bwindi and explore the wildlife in Queen Elizabeth National Park.
On the first day, we will be transported to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
5-Day Bwindi Forest and Queen Elizabeth wildlife safari, transportation will be arranged for you from your hotel in Kampala to Queen Elizabeth National Park in western Uganda. During your journey, you will have a layover at the equator to have the opportunity to experience and take photographs of the equator. Head towards Mbarara town to have lunch, and then proceed with your travel to Bwindi and Queen Elizabeth national park, reaching there in the late afternoon. Enjoy dinner and spend the night at your hotel.
On the second day, there will be a game drive and a launch cruise in Queen Elizabeth.
Embark on a safari to the Bwindi and Queen Elizabeth National Parks. Embark on a dawn game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you will get the opportunity to observe a diverse range of wildlife, such as African elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, impala, and many avian species. Revisit the lodge to have breakfast, take some time to unwind, and savor your meal. During the afternoon, embark on a launch cruise down the Kazinga channel within Queen Elizabeth Park. This experience will allow you to observe hippos, crocodiles, and various other aquatic creatures, as well as a diverse range of birds in the area. Retire to your lodge for dinner and spend the night there.
On the third day, we will be transferring to Bwindi via Ishasha.
Day 3 of 5 Day Bwindi Forest and Queen Elizabeth wildlife safari, Indulge in your morning meal and travel in the direction of the southwest of Queen Elizabeth national park to locate tree climbing lions in the Ishasha sector. If chance is on your side, you may witness numerous lions relaxing on trees and basking in the sunlight. Continue and advance towards Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, reaching there in the twilight. Upon arrival at your hotel, proceed to complete the check-in process. Take the opportunity to relax and decompress before indulging in a satisfying dinner. Afterwards, settle in for an evening stay.
Day 4: Engaging in Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
Day four of 5 Day Bwindi Forest and Queen Elizabeth Wildlife Safari, enjoy breakfast in the early morning and proceed to the park headquarters to receive instructions from the ranger guides before beginning your gorilla trek. Proceed into the woodland and embark on a journey until you locate the gorillas. The duration of gorilla trekking might vary between 2 to 8 hours, contingent upon the mobility of the gorillas. Upon locating the gorillas in Bwindi, you will be granted a limited time frame of only 1 hour before being required to depart. Your chauffeur / guide will transport you back to your hotel for the purpose of unwinding and spending another evening.
Day 5: Return Journey to Kampala
Indulge in breakfast early in the early morning and then proceed to return to Kampala. Along the way, make a stop in Mbarara to have lunch, and then arrive in Kampala in the evening. Transportation will be provided to either your hotel in Kampala or the airport for your onward journey, concluding your Bwindi and Queen Elizabeth Safari.
